Romario ‘Babu’ Okinda

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the promotion to glory of my brother Romario ‘Babu’ Okinda. He had been unwell about 1-2months ago and was diagnosed with diabetes that brought about complications.

On the 29th of December he was admitted in the ICU where it was found the he had an infection of the blood and ear, had a urinary tract infection and pneumonia.

Please keep our family in your prayers. He will be greatly missed. A huge void has been left in our lives. During this hard time, we are seeking comfort in the Lord as we cannot go through this battle by ourselves.

Meetings continue to be held at Kikambala at the late Romário’s residence. The burial date is January 8th 2022.

He was one of a kind. He loved his family and friends dearly. The love for his children was evident. He will be missed dearly.
