Rev. Livingstone Ambetsa Nambande

It is with deep and profound sorrow that we announce the demise of Rev. Livingstone Ambetsa Nambande which occurred on Wednesday 16th September 2020 at The Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi HDU after a bravely borne battle with cancer.
Loving husband to Rev. Beverlin Rachel Ambetsa. Adoring father to Naphtali Swaka Ambetsa, Suzanne Nyakoa Ambetsa, Stephen Biko Ambetsa, Laurence Waka Ambetsa, the late Moses Atsango Ambetsa, Christine Senje Ambetsa, Angela Temesi Ambetsa and Christopher Omuyonga Ambetsa.

Father in law to Michelle Boit, Douglas Nderitu, Samina Manji and Ruby Waka. Doting Grandfather to Imelda,
Meghan, Carl, Kim, Shawn, CJ, Livingstone, Anne Douglas, Livingstone (Pullo), Leunida, Nambande and Rachel.
Beloved son of the late Mzee Wycliffe Nambande Omukuba and the late Mama Leunida Asubwa Nambande. Stepson to Mama Grace Anzetse Nambande. Loving Brother to Bishop Bernard Omukuba, Sammy Lukale, the late Willy Akumu, the late John Mukoya, Bishop Joseph Mukabi and Emmanuel Omusundi. Stepbrother to Peter Ali Nambande, Awinja Nambande, Sarah Nambande, Paulo Nambande and Naftali Nambande. Brother in law to Anastasia Njoki Omukuba, Millicent and Beatrice Lukale, Dorcas Akumu, Seruya Mukoya, Jackline Katumbe Mukabi, Levina Omusundi, the late Frank Abiola Okwayo, Susan Amule, Abysacky Muliro, Ruth Ambasa and Richard Ekhalie amongst others. Cousin to Omukuba Omuyonga, Jack Oyiengo, Moses Sande (Kakamega County Attorney), among others.

Family and friends are gathering for prayers and funeral arrangements at The United Kenya Club opposite St. Paul’s Chapel from 5pm to 7pm.
