It is with humble acceptance of God’s will & heavy hearts that we announce the passing on to glory of Mrs. Margaret Sofali Mwakwida, which occurred on 11.09.2026 at Poplar
Hospital, Parklands. She formerly worked at Kenya Cooperative Creameries (KCC) & Nairobi Bottlers.

She was the beloved wife of Mr. Apollo Mwakwida, Daughter in law of Agnes Wambugha and Perminus Mwalaghe (deceased).

Daughter of the late Eunice Seka and Rodgers Mwambaji Sofali (deceased). A devoted motherof Agnes Wambuga Mwakwida & Rodgers Sofali Mwakwida.

A loving sister-in law of Zibia, the late Doris & Joseph Nzambu, Elizabeth and Kenneth, the late Jackson, Margaret & the late Mwadime, Dr Njeri & Jezreel.

A dear sister of Rachael & James Farah, Margaret & Andrew Seka, the late John Sofali, Mary & Collins Akonu, Mujeni & Patrick Aseli, Lucy & Fred Katimbo. A grandmother, aunt and
friend to many.

Friends & family are gathering daily at her home Valley view Estate Mlolongo. A memorial service, candle lighting & burial fundraiser will be held at AIC Kasina on 19.09.2026 at 4 pm. She will be buried on 26.09.2026 in Moka village, Mbale, Taita Taveta.
